The Standing: Daily, 10:00h. Each celebrant recounts yesterday, today, blockers. Attendance is ceremonial.

The Retrospective: Three columns: what went well, what did not, what we will do. Column three is a formality.

The All-Hands: The high priest reminds the congregation of the mission. The congregation nods.

The One-on-One: A confession of workload. Penance: more workload.

The Offsite: Attendees are relocated to a resort to solve the same problems, slower, with worse coffee.
